Light Girder Suspension Crane is suitable for overhead material handling in many applications, in particular, the low headroom clearance and /or light building structure for a common bridge type overhead crane. The Light Girder Suspension Crane is designed in the complete modules with fully standardized components and sub-assemblies to function as building blocks. It can be easily assembled and easily installed. It can also be rebuilt again to suit, should the modifications of building structure and/or work process occur.

The light girder suspension crane is extremely light in its weight. Because of the minimal friction bwteen rollers and rails, the suspended material can be manually moved for easy handling. Optional choices are electric chain hoist, motorized travel, control and accessories. The whole system is built for trouble-free and maintenance –free usage with a guranteed long service lifespan.

The rails of the Light Girder Suspension Crane come with three specifications depending on the different lifting capacity and support interval: NKA30, NKA40 and UBKⅡ. These standard components come with special section profile and made of cold rolling process.
